Regardless of the title, my role is Chief Customer Happiness Officer. My 1st priority is always the customer’s satisfaction, making sure we deliver exactly what they need, how they need it, when they need it.
I see the world from the customer’s point of view. I have spent couple of years leading the delivery of successful products. So I understand how to deliver quality and how critical it is to reduce risk.
